Description |
A medium-heavy
coated rutile type, air-hardening type electrode for hard facing
applications on mild steel, carbon steels and low alloy steels, where
approx. 600 Brinell hardness is required. Weld is non-machinable and
can only be ground. When used on austenitic manganese steel parts,
give a buffer
layer of stainless steel with CITOCHROMAX-N. The electrode is suitable
for abrasion, impact or a combination of both. Before depositing on
carbon steels, a buffer layer with UNIVERS is recommended. |
